This thirty-two year old mother breast-fed two children and said that afterwards her “breasts went away.” She wished to look fuller and more feminine, and feel more comfortable in a swim suit. She underwent submuscular breast augmentation using short incisions in the infra-mammary folds. 300 cc smooth-walled gel implants were inserted. She is shown two months after surgery. She has soft and shapely breasts. She feels more feminine and likes her “healthy look.”
