Our mission with plastic surgery is to help you reach the goal that you are seeking and that may be more self-confidence, it may be younger, more youthful appearing face, it may be a more attractive feminine figure, but my philosophy is, we listen. First of all, we listen to exactly what you say and then my responsibility is to tell you I think that is reasonable, I think we can do that, we cannot deliver you everything you want, but we can give you 80 percent of that and explain the risks and the complications and how the procedure works and how we will take care of you and then help you decide whether or not you want to do that. We have a state of the art fully accredited outpatient surgery center. We do 90 percent of my surgeries here at my office facility. We have the best anesthesiologist in the area from the Anesthesia Medical Group of Santa Barbara who comes from Cottage Hospital, which is just across the street, so we are close to the hospital, we have excellent anesthesia, we have excellent nurses, and we do quality surgery. After the surgery, we do, I think a very conscientious job of following up on your care to make sure that everything goes smoothly. We are here for you, we are available 24 hours a day, we have nurses and physicians on-call, and we do everything we can to make it what I call an uneventful surgical procedure.
