The fillers are great for enhancing lips. I do a fair amount of patients that come in that have actually no lips as well as patient’s who have full lips but want even fuller lips and one of the nice things about using these fillers is that it sometimes can be six to seven months, sometimes a temporary look. Sometimes it gives them a chance to see what it looks like temporarily and then sometimes then we can chose something that lasts a little bit longer further on down the line. Patients are sometimes concerned to come for BOTOX or for fillers because they are concerned about the amount of pain involved. We have some terrific numbing creams. Also for patients that want their lips done, I also do a dental block, so we try and have as little pain involved as possible and make it as comfortable and as pleasurable experience for the patient.
