“My experience with Dr Buchanan and his team was absolutely flawless, from the initial appointment all the way through my one year follow up. This was my first time to step foot in a plastic surgery office, and I was surprised to feel so comfortable, welcomed and well taken care of. Leading up to my surgery, I was the annoying patient with a zillion questions (some completely outlandish) and the surgery coordinator was extremely responsive and full of helpful answers and suggestions. It was comforting to have a point of contact within the office to answer questions and to make me feel confident and prepared for my surgery date. The surgery went flawlessly and I was out and about celebrating Summer Solstice with friends two days post surgery (probably against doctor’s orders). My overall experience was fantastic, and I am more than pleased with the results. I am so thankful for choosing Dr Buchanan as my surgeon and will certainly be back in the future should I opt to have any other cosmetic procedures. He’s amazing!
