My experience with Dr Buchanan and his team was absolutely flawless, from the initial appointment all the way through my 1 year follow up. This was my first time to step foot in a plastic surgery office and I was surprised to feel so comfortable, welcomed and well taken care of heading up to my surgery. I was the annoying patient with a zillion questions (some completely outlandish) and Kristi was extremely responsive and full of helpful answers and suggestions. It was comforting to have a point of contact within the office to answer questions and to make me feel confident and prepared for my surgery date. The surgery went flawlessly and I was out and about celebrating Summer Solstice with friends 2 days post surgery (probably against doctor’s orders!). My overall experience was fantastic, and I am more than pleased with the results! I am so thankful for choosing Dr Buchanan as my surgeon and I will certainly be back in the future should I opt to have any other cosmetic procedures. He’s amazing!
